  All rates are per person
 
  • Registration for this conference includes conference fee and 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for the days you are registered. Meals cannot be purchased individually.
  • Attendees sleeping at the conference facility reserve their rooms through AFF as part of their registration.  All rooms have private baths. Contact AFF if you want information on hotel accommodations.
  • Conference events on Friday and Saturday begin promptly at 9:00 a.m.  Arrive early to pick up your registration packet.
  • Coping with Cult Involvement: A Handbook for Families and Friends is a required text for the Family Workshop. Purchase at www.cultinfobooks.com or onsite.
  • Directions are available on the Facility Information page
  • There is no additional fee for those seeking California LCSW and/or LMFT CE credits. You will receive appropriate forms at the conference.
  • Don't forget to enter your roommate, if you have one, or, if you wish,  request that we assign you a roommate.
  • Your contributions will help us give discounts and scholarships to people needing financial assistance.
  • See discount deadline dates for early registration fees.
  • Full refund up to one month prior to conference; partial refund thereafter.

Registration Procedures - Non-Form

The steps listed below are for those whose browser won't print the registration form below adequately and who either don't wish to or are unable to register using the online shopping cart.  Use a blank sheet of paper.  Type or print neatly:

  1. Name (or names if registering for more than one person), address, phone(s), fax, and  - very important - e-mail.
  2. Visa or Mastercard number and expiration date.  Or enclose check payable to American Family Foundation (U.S. dollars drawn on U.S. bank).
  3. Who is registering for which events (workshops, conference) and the cost of each (see Fees and Events if you are unable to read the form below).  Note special discounts and their deadline dates and one-day registration fees if you can only register for one day.
  4. Who will stay which nights at Chapman (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - contact us if you need to stay any other nights). Total amount due for accommodations: $10 linen fee per person; $35/person/night for double; $50/person/night for single.
  5. Make sure you tell us the name of your roommate, if you have one.  If you want us to assign you a roommate, let us know.
  6. Who will take which, if any, optional meal tickets on Wednesday or Thursday. Remember, if you register for a Thursday workshop, meals will be included in your registration fee.  These optional meal tickets are for people arriving early and not attending an event on the day of arrival. We can only sell a daily ticket for 3 meals for $25. We cannot sell individual meals.
  7. Total your event, accommodation, and meal fees.  Add any donation you wish to make. Enter a grand total.  Circle or underline the grand total, please.  If you send a check, make sure it corresponds to this total.
